How to Access and Use Reports in MyAlice

To view and analyze your MyAlice account reports, follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to your MyAlice account and navigate to the Dashboard on the left-hand side.

  2. Click on Reports to access the reporting section.

The Reports section is divided into five categories:

  • Customer Metrics

  • Automation Metrics

  • Agent Metrics

  • CSAT Reports

  • WhatsApp Metrics

Each report section includes two filters to help you customize your data:

  1. Channel Filter:

    • Click on the Channel Filter on the left to select the specific channel you want to view reports for. All connected channels will be displayed here.

    • Choose your desired channel to see its detailed report.

    • If you want to view reports for all channels at once, select All Channels.

Note: For WhatsApp Metrics, only a single channel can be filtered at a time, as this feature is exclusive to users with WhatsApp connected to their account.

  1. Date Filter:

    • Click on the Date Filter on the left to choose the timeframe for your report.

    • After selecting the desired timeframe, click Filter to display the data for the selected period.
