Connect Your Customer Information on Shopify

Connect and match your existing customer information with anonymous profiles.

Say, you had encountered a user before on other social channels. But the user reached out to you on Shopify. This is how you merge the profiles to sync customer information.

1. Ask for the customer's email address.

2. Click on the Shopify icon on top of your Customer Information in your Inbox.

3. Search for the email address and select the customer's email. If there is no associated email, they might be a brand new user.

Once the email address has been verified, the Shopify customer profile will sync with the customer information from the other platform.

You can now deliver a consistent experience across all channels.
