Unsubscribe from MyAlice

If you don't want to renew your subscription with MyAlice, although it's very hard for us to see you going, we've kept the process very easy for you.

1. Go to Settings> Plan and Billing

2. Click on 'Downgrade' under the Free plan. For Enterprise plan users, contact your dedicated Success Manager.

4. You'll be automatically downgraded to the Free plan, which will disable the additional members in your team and disable the channels that are connected and your subscription will be cancelled.

Depending on your billing cycle, if you're unsubscribing after you've been billed for that cycle, you can ask for a refund of the unused time on MyAlice you paid for. Just reach out to us at [e-mail] or contact your dedicated Success Manager.
