Improved Scrolling Functionality in Reports Section
The scrolling issue in the Reports section has been resolved! Previously, users who accessed Reports from anywhere other than the Home menu on the dashboard experienced scattered scrolling, making it difficult to navigate the data smoothly. This issue has now been fixed, ensuring that no matter how you access Reports, the scroll function will work the same. This update makes it easier to view and analyze reports.
Fixed Broken Avatars
Previously, avatars or team logos displayed in inbox chats or profile accounts would sometimes crash, causing them to appear as broken images. Additionally, data sets in the data lab were also affected. This issue has now been fixed, ensuring that avatars and data display properly. If the team logo still appears broken for any users, they are requested to reupload the logo to resolve it.
Automation-Workflow:
Resolved WhatsApp Channel Selection Display Issue
A bug has been fixed where the WhatsApp channel selection was not properly reflected in under Broadcast section. Previously, when using WhatsApp broadcasts, the system would show "Select WhatsApp Channel" even after the channel was selected, though the preview of the template was being shown. This issue has now been resolved, ensuring that the correct channel selection is displayed, improving clarity.
Fixed Order Condition Display Issue
We’ve addressed an issue that was causing the system to crash when users clicked on the order condition. Previously, when selecting a product, the HTML tag was displayed instead of the product name, making it difficult for users to identify the correct item. This has now been resolved, and the product name will be shown as expected.
Action Block Component Issue Resolved
A recent fix has resolved an issue where multiple components could mistakenly be added to a single action block. Now, only one action component can be selected per block, ensuring a cleaner setup. Myalice addressed the issue where changes made in the action block were being saved automatically even if the user hadn’t clicked the “Save” button. For instance, if the "Delay Representation" was selected but not saved, and the user switched to "Add Tags" and saved those settings, both actions were saved unintentionally. This behavior has now been corrected, and actions will only be saved once the "Save" button is clicked.
Inbox:
Filtering Views Now Accurate Across Platforms
We've resolved an issue with the filtration views in the Inbox. Previously, when filtering by keyword or agent, the system would occasionally pull in tickets from other platforms that weren't selected as the channel. This issue has now been fixed, ensuring that the filtering process only shows tickets from the intended platform.
Improved Tagging in Chatbox
We've fixed an issue in the chatbox where only the first name of a user was being fetched when tagging, which sometimes led to tickets being assigned to the wrong person. This happened if multiple users shared the same first name. The system now fetches the full name from the user's profile, ensuring that the correct person is tagged every time. For instance, while replying to comments on facebook or Instagram, MyAlice might have mistakenly tagged a different user with the same first name as the intended commenter. With this fix, the system now retrieves the full name from the user's profile, ensuring precise tagging and eliminating confusion.
Accurate Pricing in Order Creation Modal
We've resolved an issue in the Order Creation modal where the default product's price—the price for the most commonly sold variant—was being shown during checkout, even if a different variant was being ordered. This caused discrepancies in pricing, especially when the default variant wasn't the one being selected. For example, consider a product like Nescafe with three variants:: Default (Classic): BDT 10, Hazelnut: BDT 15 and Americano: BDT 5. Previously, if a customer selected the Hazelnut or Americano variant, the checkout would display the price of the Default Classic variant (BDT 10), even though the selected variant had a different price. Now, this issue has been fixed, and the system accurately reflects the price of the chosen variant during checkout
Settings:
User Management Role Change Crash
We've fixed an issue in User Management where filtering by role and attempting to change a user's role (such as from Developer to Agent) would cause the system to crash. This issue has now been resolved, ensuring that role changes and filtering work smoothly without causing any disruptions. For instance, if a user filtered the list by selecting "Developer" and then clicked "Apply Filter," the results displayed correctly. However, if the role was changed to "Agent" after applying the filter and “Apply Filter” was clicked, the system would crash, disrupting workflow.
Integration
Modified Login Button Text for Facebook & Instagram
To enhance user experience, the login button text for Facebook and Instagram integrations has been updated. When connecting your Facebook or Instagram account to MyAlice, you'll now see two distinct options: "Login to Personal Account" and "Login to Business Account." This change helps clarify the login process and ensures a easier integration setup.

RTL Support and Arabic Translations for Settings Pages
In our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience, we've added Right-to-Left (RTL) support and Arabic translations to the settings pages of MyAlice. As part of this update, the entire app is being redesigned to accommodate Arabic language users, with the Bar at settings now following a right-to-left alignment, as per the standard for Arabic. This ensures a more intuitive experience for Arabic-speaking users, making it easier to navigate and access features.

WhatsApp Embedded Sign-Up
We've re-engineered the WhatsApp embedded sign-up process. Previously, users encountered issues with the sign-up flow, but with this update, we've integrated the Meta Configuration sign-up for WhatsApp. This update addresses many of the prior connectivity issues that users faced while connecting their Whatsapp account.
Reporting:
Enhanced WhatsApp Template Analytics
We've updated the WhatsApp Template Analytics table to provide more clarity on sales, orders, and average sales conversion data. Previously, these columns displayed dashes ("--"), but now the currency denomination is clearly shown, such as BDT, SAR, and more.
Workflow Automation:
New Feature: Enhanced Routing for Automation Dashboard and History Page
We've introduced a better routing system to Automation. Previously, when editing or viewing history on the Automation page, the URL would remain unchanged, causing confusion. Now, the URL accurately reflects the current action or page, improving navigation and making it easier to track and manage your automation activities.
