Track your bot's NLP results to create more effective and efficient sequences.

1. Intent Metric

Intent Metric measures the total number of queries automated by the NLP module within the selected timeframe. Training your chatbot in NLP can make it more efficient in analyzing and understanding a large amount of human language.

High Intent Metric means that your chatbot is automating more user queries, leading to reduced agent work hours and enhanced user experience.

2. Textual Message vs. Button Clicks

This metric shows the ratio of messages sent manually by the agents vs. automated messages.

Higher Textual Message means that your bot isn't doing a great job because agents are taking over the conversations frequently.

3. Keyword and Intent Details

This table shows which keywords or intents have been triggered the most by your users and how many unique customers have used them.

Based on the findings, you can create similar keywords/intents to refine your chatbot's NLP module, reduce agent work pressure, and improve the user experience.

4. Button and Referral Details

This table shows which buttons, sequences, or referral links have been triggered the most by your users and how many unique customers have used them.
