On the top bar, click on the —
- 1.Customer name to access customer details, order history, customer summary, and product interactions.
- 2.Resolve button to close the conversation.
- 3.Settings icon to access tags, assign/reassign agent and turn on/off the bot.

On the bottom bar, click on the —
- 1.Plus (+) icon send images, create canned responses and add notes.
- 2.Emoji icon to add emojis.
