Connect your WooCommerce Store to MyAlice

Connect your WooCommerce store with MyAlice with this step-by-step guide.

Overview

There are two ways you can initiate the process of connecting your WooCommerce store to MyAlice.

    Directly from MyAlice Dashboard
  2. 2.
    From your WooCommerce store.

Connecting from MyAlice Dashboard

Step 1: First, login to your account and go to the Integration section of the dashboard. Go to ‘Available Integrations’ and click on WooCommerce
Step 2: You’ll be taken to the MyAlice Plugin section on Wordpress. Click on Download. This will download a zip file (name: myaliceai 2.0.2.zip) on your device.
Step 3: Now login to your WooCommerce store and go to the Plugins section.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Add New’ button and upload the myaliceai 2.0.2 zip file that you downloaded. Now click on ‘Install now’
Step 5: In the next page, click on ‘Activate Plugin’. This will add the ‘MyAlice’ plugin section on the left pane.
Step 6: Click on the ‘MyAlice’ button. Then click on the ‘Grant Permission’ button.
Step 7: Approve the required permissions.
Step 8: You’ll now land on the MyAlice login/signup page. Login with your account.
Step 9: After a successful login, if you have multiple teams under your account, you’ll be asked to select the team where you want to connect your store. If you don’t have multiple teams, the store will automatically be connected to your default team.
Step 10: And you’re done! Click on ‘Open MyAlice’ which will redirect you to the MyAlice Dashboard.
Step 11: Here you’ll first see the options to customize your livechat that was added to your store or create automations if that’s something you fancy. Or You can just close that window and start exploring MyAlice.

Connecting from your WooCommerce Store

Step 1: Login to your WooCommerce Admin panel and go to the ‘Plugins’ section. Click on ‘Add New’
Step 3: In the search field, search with ‘MyAlice’
Step 4: Click on ‘Install Now’. and then click on ‘Activate’. This will take you to the ‘MyAlice’ plugin section on the left pane. Now click on the ‘Grant Permission’ button.
Step 5: Approve the required permissions.
Step 6: You’ll now land on the MyAlice login/signup page. Login with your account if you’re previously registered. If you haven’t’ click on ‘Signup’ and register to MyAlice.
Step 7: After a successful login, if you have multiple teams under your account, you’ll be asked to select the team where you want to connect your store. If you just signed up, the store will automatically be connected to your default team.
Step 8: And you’re done! Click on ‘Open MyAlice’ which will redirect you to the MyAlice Dashboard. Here you’ll first see the options to customize your livechat that was added to your store or create automations if that’s something you fancy. Or You can just close that window and start exploring MyAlice.
