Connect your Shopify store with MyAlice with this step-by-step guide.

Overview

There are two ways you can initiate the process of connecting your WooCommerce store to MyAlice.

  1. Directly from MyAlice Dashboard

  2. From the Shopify App store.

Connecting from MyAlice Dashboard

Step 1: First, login to your account and go to the Integration section of the dashboard. Go to ‘Available Integrations’ and click on Shopify.

Step 2: You’ll be taken to the MyAlice App section on Shopify App Store. Click on the ‘Add App’ Button. You’ll be asked to login to your store.

Connecting from the Shopify App Store

Step 1: Login to your store and click on ‘Add Apps’ buttons from the left pane. Then go to the ‘Shopify App Store’

Step 2: Search for MyAlice and open the App Page

Step 3: Click on the ‘Add App’ Button.

Step 3/4 : Click on the ‘Install App’ after you’ve reviewed the installation details.

Step 5: You’ll now land on the MyAlice login/signup page. Login with your account if you’re previously registered. If you haven’t, click on ‘Signup’ button and register to MyAlice.

Step 6: After a successful login, if you have multiple teams under your account, you’ll be asked to select the team where you want to connect your store. Select the team you want to connect your store with. If you just signed up, the store will automatically be connected to your default team.

Step 7: After selecting the team, click on the ‘Enable Widget’ button to enable the chat widget on your store.

Step 8: You’ll be taken to the ‘Themes’ section of your store. You’ll see the MyAlice icon enabled. Return to the previous tab and you’re done.

Step 9: Click on ‘Open MyAlice’ which will redirect you to the MyAlice Dashboard. Here you’ll first see the options to customize your livechat that was added to your store or create automations if that’s something you fancy. Or You can just close that window and start exploring MyAlice.
