The following resources will come in handy while completing all the steps to create your WhatsApp Business Account and connect it to MyAlice.

Go to Integrations > Available Integrations.
Click on the WhatsApp channel.
A pop-up will appear in the middle. Click Connect WhatsApp.
You’ll now be redirected to the Meta Embedded Signup page.
Log in into your Facebook account e.g., Continue as Noor Md Zahid.
You'll see a screen that describes 3 simple steps to setting up your WhatsApp Business API. Click on Get Started.
Select the Meta Business Account with which you want to associate with your WhatsApp. Then provide your Business name, Website or profile page link. Then select your country from the dropdown. Then click Next.
If you already have a WhatsApp Business account, then click on the dropdown and select it. Or if you are creating a new one, click Create a WhatsApp Business Account. Then click Next.
Next, select the WhatsApp Business Account that you want to connect to MyAlice. If your business already has a WhatsApp Business Account, the information will appear automatically. If you creating a new one, you will be asked to create a WhatsApp Business Account first by providing the following information.
a. WhatsApp Business Account Name (used for internal reference)
b. WhatsApp Business Profile Display Name (visible to your customers)
c. Timezone
d. Category
e. Business description (Optional)
f. Website (Optional)
Then click Next.
6. In the next step, you'll be asked to provide your WhatsApp phone number. Select the country code and input the number. If you're currently using the number as a WhatsApp Business account, make sure you've deleted that account from WhatsApp Business.
Afterwards, you'll be asked to verify your Business number by sending a 6-digit verification code via text or voice call. Input the code in your browser, and you're now set for your WhatsApp Business trial.
Once you've successfully verified the number through OTP, click on 'Finish'. You'll be taken back to MyAlice.
After you have completed all the steps, you'll be redirected to your MyAlice dashboard. Then click Next and provide Title and description (Optional). Then click Finish. Then you will be redirected to the Integration section and can see your WhatsApp channel enabled.
Note: WhatsApp might take some time to complete the connection process as it will be first approved by Meta.
Next step is to update the public details visible by your customers on WhatsApp. Follow the steps below:
Login to https://business.facebook.com/
Go to Business Settings
Select WhatsApp Accounts
Select his WhatsApp account and click on Settings
Click on WhatsApp Manager at the bottom
It’ll open a new page. Click on the Phone Number
Click on Profile on the left
Update the details, including the profile picture
