Create Multiple Teams

Create multiple teams under one account directly from your dashboard.

    Click on the top-left icon on your dashboard.

    Click on Create New Team.

    You will find a prompt to create your new team. Add your team name, country, time zone, currency and business type. Click Next.
  4. 4.
    You will be asked to select the channels you'd like to connect for the team. Please note that you can connect the channel later as well.
After you are done, click on Create New Team and you will find a new team in your dashboard. Click on the top-left icon in your dashboard to toggle between your teams.
Following are the implications for each type of users.

LTD Users
Agent-based Pricing
The newly created team will be under the free plan by default. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing to upgrade the new team to a paid plan.
For LTD users, the newly created team will be under the free plan by default. However, tier-5 users can send an email to [email protected] to redistribute their MAU limits under different teams.
You will be charged for the number of agents you invite to each team. The same user across two teams will be counted as two agents.
