Release Log: Version 1.27.9

New Additions:

User Management Redesign

The revamped User Management interface, making it easier for users to manage teams. This update resolves previous gaps, such as missing subtitles under assigned roles, ensuring a clearer understanding of each role's responsibilities. Additionally, while inviting members, users can now see how many slots are available for new invitations, helping them keep track of invitations within their subscribed plan's limits. If the slot limit is exceeded, an on-screen alert will notify the users, preventing any confusion or errors. To further enhance the experience, a new "Learn More" button has been added, giving users quick access to helpful guidance whenever needed.

Settings Navigation Revamp

The Settings navigation has been revamped to enhance usability and provide a more intuitive experience. Previously, the settings navigation bar lacked main titles and dropdown functionality, which made finding specific options a bit tiresome. With this update, the navigation bar is now organized into four clear sections: User Information, Inbox Settings, Team Settings, and Others. Each section features collapsible dropdown menus, allowing users to easily expand or collapse them as needed.

First-time visitors of the Settings bar will find the dropdowns automatically expanded for convenience, ensuring quick access to all options, but it can be easily collapsed, depending on the user's need. This structured layout not only improves navigation but also makes it significantly easier to locate specific settings, saving time and reducing frustration.

Workflow Automation: Revamped automation dashboard.

The Workflow Automation dashboard has received a redesign to improve functionality and provide a more seamless experience. Users can now select a specific date range from the top right corner, enabling focused and customizable reporting—a feature that was previously unavailable. Additionally, a refresh button has been introduced to instantly update the dashboard with the most recent results, eliminating any delays in viewing the latest data.

Three new cards—Automation Triggered, Automation Succeeded, and Automation Failed—have been added, featuring growth comparisons that highlight changes over time under each individual card. This enhancement simplifies report analysis and makes key metrics easier to interpret. To further improve usability, trigger types are now displayed as vibrant, color-coded text boxes, replacing the plain text format. For instance, triggers like “Order Created” and “Order Cancelled” are distinguished with unique colors, making them instantly recognizable and easier to differentiate. These updates make managing and analyzing automation workflows more efficient.

Bug Fixes:

Inbox – WhatsApp Template Attribute Assignment In Inbox, where WhatsApp template message variables were being assigned incorrectly. Previously, while assigning variable values in a WhatsApp template message, the value meant for one variable (e.g., Variable 1) would occasionally be mistakenly applied to another (e.g., Variable 3). This caused confusion and disrupted communication. With this bug fix, variable assignments are now precise and error-free, ensuring accurate template messages.

Improvements:

WhatsApp – Enhanced Carousel Card Functionality We’ve upgraded WhatsApp carousel cards to support variables in both the card body text and URL buttons. Previously, while testing sample templates, variables could be used, but not within carousel card bodies or URL buttons. This limitation has now been addressed. With this improvement, users can now assign variables in the card body text and URL buttons, offering greater flexibility and personalization in creating dynamic WhatsApp templates.

Saved Replies UI Enhancements

One of the improvements of the Saved Replies feature is that it addresses the multi-select option, where the checkboxes previously displayed in black are now updated to green, keeping brand consistency.

Additionally, attachments in Saved Replies now have better visibility. Previously, attachments with long names would be shortened, ending in ellipses, making it difficult to discern the full title. With the update, users can simply hover over an attachment to view its complete name, allowing for more efficient management of files.

Another fix ensures that navigating through multiple attachments is easier. Before, even after reaching the last attachment, the right arrow button would still appear active, causing unnecessary clicks. Now, the arrow is disabled when no further navigation is possible, providing a more frustration-free experience.
