Email as Support Channel
Setup a email support channel on MyAlice and manage emails directly from MyAlice inbox.
Please note that email as a support channel will go live by the end of Q2 2022.
You can connect your GSuite and SMTP email as support channels. Doing so would allow you to:

    Unite your customer support in one place, including email, social and web support.
  2. 2.
    Manage your support emails from MyAlice inbox.
  3. 3.
    Access common email reply functionalities.
