In the first part of the pop-up, you can edit your —

  • Channel Title

  • Channel Description.

We strongly recommend not to edit the Account name.

2. Create Ice Breakers

Ice breakers are like Facebook's default page FAQs that float above the chatbox when a user first interacts with the page.

Each answer will lead to a new sequence. Make sure you have created a user journey on the Builder first.

While it's not mandatory to add persistent menus in Messenger, adding ice breakers on Instagram is mandatory.

3. Edit NLP Settings for Instagram

The last part of the pop-up allows you to edit NLP Settings.

This field is optional. However, if you are truly keen on training your chatbot to process, analyze and understand large amounts of natural language data, this page is your gold 👇
