⚡Enable Mobile App Notifications

Enable notifications to get real-time notifications on tickets and messages.

To enable notifications —

1. Log in to your mobile app.

2. Tap on your display picture at the top-left corner of the app.

3. Click on Notifications and turn on the toggles for incoming messages and new tickets.
