## Use Cases of MyAlice Mobile App

MyAlice mobile app helps you manage e-commerce customer support anytime, anywhere. Compared to the browser app, the mobile app has certain limitations. You can —

* Reply to customers across your social channels, web chat, and e-commerce store.
* View your customer details and order history from the mobile app.
* Collaborate with your teammates from one shared inbox.
* Sort and filter your tickets to view past conversations.

{% hint style="info" %}
The app supports only the inbox module of the browser app. You cannot access your [integrations](https://docs.myalice.ai/myalice-guide-arabic/myalice-channels/connect-social-media), [analytics](https://docs.myalice.ai/myalice-guide-arabic/data-lab-and-analytics), [chatbots](https://docs.myalice.ai/myalice-guide-arabic/chatbot-and-automation/create-automation-sequences), or [Datalab](https://docs.myalice.ai/myalice-guide-arabic/data-lab-and-analytics) from the mobile app.
