# Using the Mobile Inbox

### Top Bar&#x20;

On the top bar, click on the —

1. Customer name to access customer details, order history, customer summary, and product interactions.
2. **Resolve** button to close the conversation.
3. **Settings** icon to access tags, assign/reassign agent and turn on/off the bot.

### Bottom Bar

On the bottom bar, click on the —

1. **Plus (+)** icon send images, create canned responses and add notes.
2. **Emoji** icon to add emojis.
