# Migrate from your Existing BSP

If you are already using other WhatsApp BSPs (e.g. Dialog360), we can help you migrate for FREE.

Currently, the migration process is handled manually worldwide. Please contact our [help center](https://l.myalice.ai/support) or send an email to our CSM, Arnab Rahman at <arnab@myalice.ai> to initiate the migration process.
