1. Head over to Settings > Plan and Billing.
If you face issues with your connected card, please add another card, set the new card as default, and remove the previous credit card.
2. Now scroll up to the available plans and hit Upgrade under the Premium plan
You'll land on our checkout page. From here, select the size of your team i.e. how many users will be using MyAlice through your account. Then select how if you'd like to billed monthly or annually. If you have any promo codes, insert in the designated field and click on 'Apply Promo' Once everything is to your liking, click on 'Checkout'
Now you'll be asked to provide your payment details. Provide the relevant information of credit card. We do not support debit cards. And rest assured, we cannot process your card details. We'll only use the last 4 digits of your credit card number on various instances. Click on 'Confirm Purchase' after providing your payment details.
The payment will be automatically processed. An invoice will be emailed to you with your payment details. And voila, you're now a part of the clientele of MyAlice (welcome aboard).
