Connect Your Customer Information on WooCommerce

Connect and match your existing customer information with anonymous profiles.

WooCommerce lets anonymous users make an order. In that case, the customer information section remains blank, even though you may have encountered the user before on other channels. How do you solve this issue?

1. Ask for the customer's email address.

2. Click on the WooCommerce icon on top of your Customer Information in your Inbox.

3. Search for the email address and select the customer's email. If there is no associated email, they might be a brand new user.

Once the email address has been verified, the WooCommerce customer profile will sync with the customer information from the other platform.

You can now deliver a consistent experience across all channels.
