Connect Your Facebook Feed

Learn to connect your Facebook with MyAlice, what you need to get started, and why you should do so.

Requirements to Get Started

You need to —

  1. A Supervisor or Admin on MyAlice to access Channel Settings.

  2. The owner or admin of a Facebook page.

Use Cases for Facebook + MyAlice

  1. Your Facebook page(s) gets a lot of audience engagement every day.

  2. You manage other social media channels as well.

  3. There are not enough resources to reply to every customer comment in time.

  4. You want to manage your customer comments on different posts/pages from a single dashboard.

  5. You want to automate at least 50% of replies to customer comments.

Connect Your First Facebook Page

1. Go to Channel Settings under Settings.

2. Select Facebook Feed and click Add Channel.

3. Once you are done adding a title and a description for your channel, click Create.

4. Turn on the connection toggle and you will find a pop-up invitation to connect with Facebook.

5. After logging into your Facebook account, select the pages you want to connect with MyAlice and click Next.

6. Facebook will ask for your permission to connect MyAlice. Make sure all the toggles are turned on and click on Done.

Congratulations! 🥳 You've created a Facebook Channel on MyAlice. Now start creating custom user journeys on our Builder to delight your customers.

Connect Multiple Facebook Pages

If you have already connected a page before, your steps should look a bit different.

1. Click on Add a Channel.

2. Once you are done adding a title and a description for your channel, click Create.

3. Turn on the connection toggle, and you will find a pop-up invitation to connect with Facebook.

4. Click on Connect to Facebook, and you will find a message that says that you've already connected to MyAlice before. Click Edit Settings.

5. Now, select the page(s) you want to connect, turn on the permissions and click OK

Congratulations! 🥳 You've added multiple Facebook channels on MyAlice. Now you can reply to and automate customer comments on multiple pages from a single dashboard.

Follow the same steps to connect more pages.

Edit Facebook Channel Settings

1. Go to Channel Settings under the Settings tab.

2. Click on the ... icon under Actions and select Edit Channel.

In the first part of the pop-up, you can edit your —

  • Channel Title

  • Page Name

  • Page Link

  • Channel Description.

2. Edit Facebook NLP Settings

The second part of the pop-up allows you to edit NLP Settings.
