🐞 Bug Fixes

Home

  • Fixed a UI issue on the Home page where the “Agents with Tickets” section heading displayed an incorrect ticket count. The count has been removed from the section heading to avoid confusion and ensure consistency with the table data.

Inbox

  • Fixed issues in Product Recommendation > Product Details where the “Out of Stock” badge color was incorrect and products from a previously selected channel briefly appeared when switching channels. The out-of-stock badge now displays in red, and the product recommendation modal correctly loads channel-specific products without flicker or requiring a reopen.

  • Fixed an inconsistency where API inputs were displayed as formatted under the Test section but appeared unformatted in the Inbox. The formatting is now consistent across both sections for better readability and uniformity.

  • Fixed an issue with infinite scroll where limit and offset values were not updating correctly in the Product Recommendation modal.

    Now, with each scroll, the limit and offset increment properly (10 → 20 → 30, etc.), ensuring accurate pagination and product loading in the Inbox view.

  • Fixed a file upload issue where PDF files with Arabic characters or special symbols (e.g., apostrophes) in the file name failed to send. File name handling has been improved to support Arabic text and special characters across both Web and Mobile apps.

Raven

  • Fixed an issue in Raven where the user was unable to edit an AI Agent due to missing agent type while making changes to the agent. This now properly updates without breaking the edit flow.

Reports

  • Fixed Group filter reporting issues — updated logic to ensure correct data visibility and prevent incorrect filtering results in reports.

  • Fixed an issue in Reports where disabled agents were still appearing in filters, causing confusion while applying agent-based filters.

Automation

  • Fixed automation serial execution issue where dependent actions were running out of order. Now, action execution follows the correct sequential order.

Broadcast

  • Fixed a bug in Broadcast where paused templates were still selectable during Template Broadcast creation, even though they should not be available. Paused templates are now excluded from selection.

Mobile App

  • Fixed an issue where opening the mobile app from a notification opened the app but redirected to a blank screen instead of the correct content.

  • Fixed an issue on iOS where tapping on the Search bar did not focus the cursor, preventing the user from typing.

  • Updated WhatsApp Media Download API — resolved media download failures and improved reliability across media types.

  • Enhanced SLA and escalation management — restricted escalation rules to applicable scenarios only, preventing unintended escalations.

  • Enhanced Zid Live Chat settings — added widget customization options for better branding control and flexibility.

  • Updated WhatsApp Business App integration notification handling to improve clarity and reduce confusion during connection flow.

  • Simplified WhatsApp MM Lite onboarding — now auto-enables MM Lite and removes redundant setup steps for faster onboarding.

Raven

  • Enhanced Raven Inbox integration — added AI Agent context to Inbox conversations for better visibility and traceability.

  • Enhanced Raven AI Agent edit flow — added response comparison support to help validate changes during agent updates.

  • Enhanced Raven Inbox integration — added AI Agent context to Inbox conversations for better visibility and traceability.

Global

  • Updated product email sender alignment — now sending emails from the correct partner sender address for partner-affiliated customers.
