🐞 Bugs

Integrations

  • Fixed an issue in Integrations → Livechat where channel activation changes were not syncing with the Live Chat widget in real time. Channel updates now reflect immediately in the widget without requiring manual refresh or reconfiguration.

  • Fixed an issue where the welcome message was not triggering even when Online and Offline business hours were properly configured.

  • Fixed an issue in Integrations → Livechat where newly activated channels were not appearing in the Live Chat widget despite showing as saved. The system now correctly persists channel activation and displays the selected channels across Website, Shopify, and WooCommerce widgets.

Raven

  • Fixed an issue in Raven where system variables were incorrectly requiring definitions. System variables using the meta.{{variable_name}} format no longer require definitions, while variables in meta.meta.{{variable_name}} and {{variable_name}} formats continue to require explicit definitions as expected.

  • Fixed an issue in Raven where the Clone Agent API did not copy configured actions despite clone flags being enabled. The cloning process now correctly duplicates associated actions (including API tools and related configurations) when clone_api_tools and other relevant flags are set to true, ensuring the cloned agent mirrors the source agent’s setup as expected.

Reports

  • Fixed inconsistencies in Reports where filtered data did not align across summary cards and table results. This resolves mismatches in Ticket Created counts and ensures summary cards correctly reflect data across all date filters.

  • Updated Reports → Automation Metrics (List of Tickets) to resolve misleading “Assigned To” and FRT representation by renaming “Assigned To” to “Last Assigned To,” adding a “First Assigned To” column, updating filtering logic, and correctly handling group assignments for accurate attribution and lifecycle visibility.

  • Updated Salla automation display to show Reference ID instead of Order ID for Order Created, Order Status Updated, and Product Review Added triggers.

Broadcast

  • Enhanced broadcast list visibility by displaying creator details (name and email) for each broadcast for improved audit tracking.

  • Enhanced carousel template variable support by adding card-specific extra attribute mapping (e.g., card_1_extra) to enable precise data capture for individual carousel card button interactions.

  • Increased default row display from 10 to 50 rows per page for improved data visibility and reduced pagination.

Inbox

  • Enhanced Bot queue visibility by automatically creating and displaying template-initiated conversations in the Bot queue for new customer interactions.

Integrations

  • Enhanced custom email failure notifications by sending owner alerts with support team CC/BCC on authentication failures, limited to one email per day to prevent spam.

Raven

  • Fixed Raven usage export to show actual platform names (e.g., Facebook Messenger) instead of internal channel keys in exported reports.

  • Enhanced AI Agent Management Table by adding an Agent Type label for clear differentiation between DM, Community, and other AI agent types.

  • Revamped Raven Usage History dashboard to display Total Sessions and Total Session Cost broken down by AI Agent and channel, with shadcn-based filtering and segmentation.

  • Updated Feed ticket AI agent assignment to restrict selection to Community AI Agents only, excluding DM agents for proper channel-context handling.

  • Enhanced Raven-Chatbot handoff to move tickets to the Unassigned queue when the send-sequence API is called, preventing AI responses until the sequence completes and reassigns.

Reports

  • Enhanced History Metrics filtering by adding Block and Unblock options to the Event filter for detailed agent-customer interaction reporting.

Settings

  • Restored and expanded WhatsApp opt-out functionality with performance safeguards, extended coverage to Automation, Chatbot, Broadcast, API, and Inbox, and added error messaging for opted-out numbers.

  • Enhanced Feed Channel ticket assignment by adding a configurable option to route private reply Messenger tickets to Unassigned, Assigned Agent, Specific Group, or AI Agent with proper response handling constraints.

  • Enhanced Tags management in Settings by adding a Status filter, Created by column, Usage count, and Status toggle with proper historical data handling and default active state.
