🐞 Bug Fixes

Livechat

  • Fixed a bug in Livechat where the welcome message sequence did not appear on the first widget load. The welcome message now displays correctly upon the initial opening of the widget, without requiring a refresh.

Reports

  • Fixed an issue in Reports where disabled agents caused cross-project data exposure in filters. Now, in Agent Metrics → History, the agent filter only displays agents belonging to the current project. Disabled agents are properly handled to prevent inclusion of users from other projects.

  • Fixed an issue in Reports where ticket creation and closure counts increased/decreased each time a report was filtered for a past date. The system now correctly retrieves static historical data, ensuring consistent counts for previous dates without fluctuation.

  • Fixed a bug where the SLA completion metric in Agent Metrics always displayed 100% regardless of missed SLAs, resolving the calculation/rounding issue to show accurate performance percentages.

Mobile App

  • Fixed an issue where opening the mobile app from a notification displayed a blank page instead of the relevant content. The app now correctly loads the intended screen when accessed from a notification, ensuring a smooth user experience across Android devices.

  • Fixed an issue on iOS where tapping on the Search bar did not set the cursor focus properly, preventing users from typing into the search box. The search field now correctly gains focus when tapped.

  • Fixed an issue where opening the mobile app from a notification displayed a blank page instead of the relevant content. The app now correctly loads the intended screen when accessed from a notification, ensuring a smooth user experience across Android devices.

  • Fixed an issue on iOS where tapping on the Search bar did not set the cursor focus properly, preventing users from typing into the search box. The search field now correctly gains focus when tapped.

Broadcast

  • Updated the Broadcast Credit calculation logic by removing the previously added credit value from the available broadcast credit computation. The system now reflects only the true broadcast credit balance.

Inbox

  • Fixed a file upload issue where PDF files with Arabic characters or special symbols (e.g., apostrophes) in the file name failed to send. File name handling has been improved to support Arabic text and special characters across both Web and Mobile apps.

Integrations

  • Fixed a navigation issue in WhatsApp CoEx integration where users were redirected to the Dashboard navbar instead of the Integration navbar after setup. Also corrected the modal flow — canceling the Meta modal now keeps users on Step 1 instead of proceeding to Step 2 automatically.

Automation

  • Fixed an issue in the Product Review Added trigger where unmatched conditions displayed as “error null” on the frontend. The system now properly handles unmatched conditions with clear and descriptive messaging.

Integrations

  • Converted all WhatsApp accounts connected to MyAlice to MM Lite.

  • Simplified WhatsApp MM Lite onboarding — now auto-enabling MM Lite for all new WABAs and removing redundant manual setup flow.

  • Enhanced WhatsApp CoEx chat history import — added backend support for importing attachments for the last 14 days from WhatsApp Business App conversations for complete chat migration.

  • Updated Shopify API version for core product — verified order creation, product listing, and variant order APIs to ensure full compatibility and functionality.

Reports

  • Enhanced Agent Metrics reporting — implemented top cards API using TicketActivityLog table for accurate performance overview.

  • In Account Overview → Conversation Overview, added a new Cost by Source graph chart for improved reporting insights.

Global

  • Updated product email sender alignment — now sending product emails from respective partner email addresses for partner-affiliated customers.

  • Enhanced global UI responsiveness — now opening panels instantly with skeleton loaders instead of waiting for API responses, improving perceived performance and user experience.

  • Modernized Chatbot dropdown interface — migrated to shadcn Combobox component for improved accessibility, searchability, and user experience.

Inbox

  • Enhanced ticket ID accessibility — added copy icon beside ticket ID on right bar for quick clipboard copying.

  • Updated pinned tickets to user-level scope — now pinning only visible to the user who pinned, automatically removed on ticket closure, and restricted to Assigned queues (All/My Assigned).

  • Enhanced hold action tracking — added automatic action memos for hold/unhold events with reasons (inactivity) and user attribution.

  • Enhanced email ticket link previews - now displaying rich previews for external links, images, videos, and files within email conversations.

  • Updated Inbox queue management logic — refined ticket filtering to show individual assignments in “All Assigned,” removed irrelevant filter dropdowns per queue type, and preserved group assignment visibility in “Unassigned.”

  • Enhanced Raven Inbox integration — added AI Agent context.

Raven

  • Enhanced Raven AI Agent edit flow — added response comparison feature to evaluate and optimize agent output during training and iteration.

  • Isolated Test Window message storage — implemented user-specific and mode-specific (Draft vs Preview) message isolation to prevent cross-user visibility and context leakage.

  • Redesigned Raven AI Agent creation/edit UI — launched updated UI to improve usability.

  • Updated Agent Creation Wizard — added initial Agent Type selection (DM AI Agent vs. Community AI Agent) to tailor setup flow and configuration for specific conversation contexts.

Automation

  • Enhanced automation phone number validation — improved country code handling, fallback to shipping/billing addresses, and reduced template failures by ensuring valid +prefixed numbers.

  • Fixed a global formatting issue in Automation where mobile numbers were missing the country code, plus sign (+), and hyphen (-) in various event logs. Now, phone numbers display consistently across all views, including Customer Create and Order Status events.

Broadcast

  • Optimized broadcast execution and billing — reduced task check interval from 5 to 2 minutes and shortened countdown timers for smaller broadcasts (under 2k: 5 min, 2k-5k: 10 min) to accelerate delivery and billing accuracy.

Onboarding

  • Enhanced signup personalization — now automatically setting team timezone and country based on browser location data instead of defaulting to Singapore.

  • Enhanced signup source attribution — now capturing and storing UTM parameters (e.g., utm-medium, utm-campaign) in user_meta during registration for detailed acquisition tracking.

Dahboard

  • Updated Shopify API version for core product — verified order creation, product listing, and variant order APIs to ensure full compatibility and functionality.

Livechat

  • Enhanced Livechat file handling — added keyboard copy-paste (Ctrl+C/V), drag-and-drop, 15MB limit, file previews, full-screen viewer, and platform-aware upload controls for improved user experience.

  • Enabled Livechat file display — now showing agent-sent documents on customer widget by resolving permission and delivery issues for seamless file sharing experience.

Settings

  • Added chat bubble and text color customization options.

Mobile App

  • Enhanced MyAlice mobile app — added in-app chat support icon for direct access to help and assistance within the mobile interface.
