    Customer name to access customer details, order history, customer summary, and product interactions.

    Resolve button to close the conversation.

    Settings icon to access tags, assign/reassign agent and turn on/off the bot.

Bottom Bar

    Plus (+) icon send images, create canned responses and add notes.
