  • View your customer details and order history from the mobile app.

  • Collaborate with your teammates from one shared inbox.

  • Sort and filter your tickets to view past conversations.

The app supports only the inbox module of the browser app. You cannot access your integrations, analytics, chatbots, or Datalab from the mobile app.

Currently, MyAlice mobile app supports all chat-based channels. So, you can respond to webchat and social messages from Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and Line. Although you can respond to comments from the web app, the mobile app still does not support feed-based channels, such as Facebook or Instagram comments. We are working to make this feature available soon.
