# Release Notes: 2026 Sprint 5

Period: March 2, 2026 – March 29, 2026

This sprint, the MyAlice engineering team shipped 10 features and improvements alongside 12 bug fixes across both the Core and Innovation teams. The headline delivery is the launch of Community AI Agents in Raven, extending MyAlice's AI capabilities to social feed and comment management at scale.

### 🚀 Features and Innovations

**Raven**

* **Community AI Agents — Social Feed Management** — Introduced Community AI Agents in Raven, extending AI capabilities to manage social feed interactions across Play Store and App Store comments. Agents can reply, send DMs, hide or delete posts, and pass full conversation context from feed posts to DM conversations for coherent cross-channel experiences. Response tracing for Delete, Hide, and Private Reply actions is now visible in the activity log.
* **Knowledgebase Testing API** — Added dedicated API endpoints to support knowledgebase testing, enabling structured validation and quality assurance of AI responses against your knowledge base content.
* **AI Model Upgrades** — Proactively migrated Raven AI models from the deprecated gpt-4o-mini to cost-optimized alternatives ahead of the March 31 deprecation deadline, ensuring uninterrupted AI performance without any customer-facing disruption.
* **Agent Avatar Upload Flow** — Streamlined the agent avatar upload experience — the system now automatically replaces the previous avatar on new file selection, eliminating the need for manual deletion steps.
* **AI Agent Update Audit Trail** — Raven now captures user identity, IP address, and browser details whenever an AI agent configuration is updated, providing a full audit trail for security and compliance tracking.

**Inbox**

* **Product Variants in eCommerce Popup** — Enhanced the product details modal in Inbox to display an Available Variants section, showing size, color, and other variant options fetched directly from your connected eCommerce store for a richer in-conversation shopping experience.

**Integrations**

* **TikTok Reconnect Support** — Added backend support for TikTok channel reconnection, enabling seamless re-authentication flows when TikTok access tokens need to be renewed.

**Reports**

* **AI Agent Activity Logging in Agent Metrics** — The Agent Metrics report now records and displays a log of when Raven AI agents are activated or deactivated, giving managers a clear view of AI agent lifecycle events alongside performance data.

**Settings**

* **Business Hours UI Modernisation** — The Business Hours configuration screen in Settings has been updated to use our modern Shadcn component library, delivering a more consistent and polished look across the settings panel.
* **AI Agent Welcome Message Cleanup** — Removed the Welcome message box and associated triggers for AI Agents from Ticket Settings, simplifying the configuration interface for AI agent deployments.

### 🐛 Bug Fixes

**Raven**

* Fixed an issue where Raven's crawling functionality was not executing correctly, ensuring content is now fetched and indexed as expected.
* Resolved a test chat context mix-up where draft agents were incorrectly inheriting conversation history from live agents, causing confusing responses during testing.
* Fixed query logic and parameter definitions for the Knowledgebase built-in tool, ensuring AI responses draw accurately from your knowledge base.
* Resolved a data migration issue that was affecting community agent conversation memory, restoring correct context continuity for AI-managed social conversations.

**Reports**

* Fixed an incorrect Average Response Time calculation in the Automation Metrics report, which was computing from ticket assignment rather than the correct baseline event.
* Fixed a bug causing Agent Metrics numbers to appear to change on page refresh due to a date filter inconsistency. Metrics now display consistently across page loads.

**Dashboard**

* Fixed a bug where deleted or invalid projects were still appearing in the team list, causing 500 errors. The list now only shows projects with valid access records.

**Inbox**

* Updated YouTube conversation handling — the Delete action is no longer shown for YouTube comments (not supported by the platform), and edited comments now display an "Edited" badge.
* Fixed a real-time update issue where the conversation card text was not refreshing immediately after sending a message or attachment.
* Fixed an incorrect prompt appearing during live conversations asking agents to send a template message, even when the conversation was already active.

**Automation**

* Fixed missing icons for Trigger Points and Actions in the Automation builder — icons now display correctly as per the original design.

**Settings**

* Fixed a permission bug allowing agents to bulk-delete saved replies created by Admins. Only Admins can now delete Admin-created saved replies.
