Get Familiar With Your Team

Let's know team information better.

Team is the place where users can view their created channels, and other channels where they have been invited to. This is the space where users can connect to all the channels and platforms.

So the question is, how can a user create their own team? Once a user signs up and logs in, they will notice that in the bottom left bar there is a user avatar with team initials which helps user to see their team and other teams which has been invited & accepted to their email address.

A user cannot create any other team, but he can join another team.

Team Settings

Change team name, description & avatar from team information option.

How to invite different team members?

Team owner and those who have admin access can add members to the team. Adding team members is very easy.

Go to the user management section of team settings

  • Add users by typing their registered email address

  • Define roles such as Admin/ Marketeer or Developer

  • An email verification link will be sent to the email account

  • By clicking on the link, invited team members can verify and accept team invitation

  1. After accepting invitation team owner and admin will be able to see the users who have been added to the team.

Grouping your team members for better customer service management (CSM)

You can only add members to your team if they have the access of your team. Adding members in a group is proved very helpful while managing tickets in CRM.

Role Based Access

Share your team with others control their access on how they are going to access your team. Mainly, there are five type of role that an admin can assign to other team members.

Supervisor

A supervisor has right to view and edit everything such as bot builder, CRM, reporting, audience, data lab, settings and API.

Admin

Admin and supervisor role has the same right.

Developer

A developer can view and edit bot builder and CRM. But they can view audience & reporting only. Developer has no control on the setting option of a project.

Marketeer

A marketeer can view and edit bot builder, data lab and API List. But they can view audience, reporting, data lab and API list. Marketeer has no control on the setting option of a project.

Agent

Agent can view and edit only CRM. But they can view audience, reporting, data lab and API list. Agent has no control on the bot builder and setting option of a project.
