Connect BetterDocs

Step 1: Create a BetterDocs Channel
1.Go to Integrations > Available Integrations.
2.Scroll down to the Others section and click on BetterDocs.
3.A window will appear from the right side. Click Next.
4.Add a Title and your WordPress URL in the next section. 
For example, our BetterDocs URL is https://wc.myalice.ai/myalice/myalice-betterdocs. However, we will only put our WordPress URL https://wc.myalice.ai in the URL field.
Lastly, click on Finish to complete the integration.
Step 2: Enable BetterDocs via Automation
Use Case: 
Integrating BetterDocs will allow MyAlice to fetch knowledge base articles directly from your BetterDocs knowledge base and send them to your users automatically when they search for anything on any channel. 
After you connect your BetterDocs, you must create automation sequences to enable this feature on MyAlice. Click on the next article to learn how to create automation using the new BetterDocs block.
For now, the BetterDocs integration is active for Messenger only. A testable version of BetterDocs for Instagram chat will be released soon. We may introduce BetterDocs for WhatsApp after we become the BSP at the end of April 2022. As for the rest, the BetterDocs API does not support other channels.
